So I was super stoked to see that it was part of the grilling package that I received for being a part of the Char-Broil All Star team. What can I say it is very,very simple to use and the results are brilliant,i'd go so far as to say the best I've ever had ! Although it is moveable on its wheels when the lid is clasped shut, it is still large and cumbersome.

But before I get into why I love the Kettleman™ let's talk about the elephant in the room - the Kettleman is not some Weber clone. I tried this using a kilo of lump wood charcoal (bearing in mind the similarly sized Weber needed two kilos) and the Kettleman still cooked for around as long and, for a while, reached a higher temperature when closed.A common misconception is that the temperature gauge in the lid of your grill is reading the cooking temperature.
