About this deal

At the heart of the machine is the new matrix UV light source that delivers 4K resolution for higher detailed prints. The 8.9-inch Monochrome LCD enables short layer exposure times, helping to boost those print speeds and detail. Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Anycubic quality control to be in working condition With a print volume of 4.76 litres and a build space of 195.84 x 122.4 x 200 mm, you can afford to print larger models as well as perform multiple prints in one pass. Increased efficiency is guaranteed!

The LCD exposure screen features an anti-scratch protective film with a high light transmission that protects the screen from scratches and resin leakage, while still achieving high printing accuracy. An additional replacement protective film is included! The Anycubic Photon Mono X 6Ks is a resin printer in a class of its own! In addition to a 9.1 inch 6K display and a large build volume of 195.84 x 122.4 x 200 mm, the printer impresses with its advanced and precise operation. These affordable mid-sized resin printers are going to be game-changers for a lot of people. Being able to print a resin model of comparable size to an FDM printer means you can create prints with a far greater level of detail without the added irritation of cutting them up first. The Mono X, especially coupled with the Wash and Cure Plus, is the perfect choice for this mid-size market. It's striking to look at, prints exceptionally detailed models, and does so at speeds I wouldn't have thought possible. Ultimately, once you learn to work with the resin, keep things clean and work out a logical workflow, there's little that can go wrong. During resin 3D printing process, the UV light emits ultraviolet rays, which irradiate the resin surface through the resin tank to complete the curing of the resin. The power of the UV light is an important parameter to consider, it can be adjusted when using a 3D printer. Changing the UV power will affect the quality of the print, higher UV power also means the resin will cure faster. In this tutorial, we will introduce the testing and adjustment of UV power for Anycubic Photon Mono X 6K. Understanding the UV power of 3D printers will help you get better printing results. Adjusting the UV power for different types of resins can help ensure the material cures properly and get high quality 3D prints.

Tilting models, adding rafts and supports is all required to gain the best results, but there's also an element of experimentation which for those new to resin printing, means that there's a steep learning curve. The Photon Mono X 6Ks is equipped with a 9.1-inch HD monochrome display with a resolution of up to 5760 x 3600 pixels. With a contrast ratio of 380:1, sharp and finer details can be displayed. After the washing, the vat can be removed (remember to put the lid on first, kids; you don't want to be splashed with it), and the curing wheel can be put on. The curing platform has been improved over older iterations, with a raised bumps all over it. This stops the print from curing to the platform as the lights are shining. The Light array has also been improved with side-by-side UV lights and a cool hinge near the top. This lets you bend the light array down to cure your models' top or have it upright if your model is particularly tall. Finally, what makes the Mono X stand out is the size of the print area. AnyCubic has designed the printer and resin vat in such a way to maximise the print area while keeping the amount required in the vat to a manageable amount. Set-up overview

Any faults or damages to the product are caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation. While small print sizes limit other similar LCD-based SLA 3D printers, the Mono X brings print sizes that we're come to expect from FFF and higher-end SLA printers. Note: The warranty period for the LCD Screen of some machines has been extended from 3 months to 6 months. Effective models: Mono 2, Mono X 6Ks, Mono M5s, Mono M5 and LCD printers listed by Anycubic later. Technology The result for the initial mess and experiments is more than worth it; the quality of the prints is exceptional, being as close to injection moulded as you can get from home. The UV light used by resin printers is dangerous to human eyes, and therefore the print area must be covered by some protective shield. When printing transparent or translucent resin, the UV power can be adjusted between 45% and 50% to present better printing results. It may be simple, but sensors detect whether the shield is in place or not; if not, the machine will sit idle until the shield is in place.
