Tilting models, adding rafts and supports is all required to gain the best results, but there's also an element of experimentation which for those new to resin printing, means that there's a steep learning curve. The Photon Mono X 6Ks is equipped with a 9.1-inch HD monochrome display with a resolution of up to 5760 x 3600 pixels. With a contrast ratio of 380:1, sharp and finer details can be displayed. After the washing, the vat can be removed (remember to put the lid on first, kids; you don't want to be splashed with it), and the curing wheel can be put on. The curing platform has been improved over older iterations, with a raised bumps all over it. This stops the print from curing to the platform as the lights are shining. Any faults or damages to the product are caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation. Technology The result for the initial mess and experiments is more than worth it; the quality of the prints is exceptional, being as close to injection moulded as you can get from home. The UV light used by resin printers is dangerous to human eyes, and therefore the print area must be covered by some protective shield.When printing transparent or translucent resin, the UV power can be adjusted between 45% and 50% to present better printing results. It may be simple, but sensors detect whether the shield is in place or not; if not, the machine will sit idle until the shield is in place.
